What Does A Day For Our Dog At Your Facility Look Like?
We get started with our morning potty rotations at 7am and give all of the dogs ample time to relieve themselves. After the morning rotation is complete we pull each dog for individual training sessions from anywhere between 15-45 minutes (depending on what the dog can handle). Once training is complete for everyone we do about 45 minutes of reflection time so they can process what they just learned. At lunch-time the dogs are put into their supervised play groups where we also have a dog walker who pulls them each individually for a 45 minute walk. Right around dinner time dogs are pulled again for individual training then the day is wrapped up with one remaining potty break in the yard later in the evening.
For regular boarding dogs they are rotated out into the play yard throughout the day for individual and or group enrichment. The dog walker also has them in on our daily walk rotations!
Do You Have Payment Plans and How Do They Work?
Here at Flat Collar we try to be as flexible as possible in order to accommodate your financial plans. We require a non-refundable retainer fee in order to schedule your booking for your training dates, the prices are dependent on the package you’ve selected. We require the balance to be paid by the day of pick up so that offers you time to make payments up until the day your dog leaves! Commonly, most clients book a few weeks out and then pay up until the go home lesson.
